FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Prior to each hire the vehicle will be given a technical check and road-test, and it will be washed, waxed and polished by hand to make sure that it gleams. This preparation is in addition to our ongoing maintenance and upkeep schedule which is in line with the original manufacturer’s service guidelines – or even above, if we find it necessary.

“Limousine Extreme” is a family owned and managed business we understand the value of your security and safety and we take this very seriously indeed.

When you reserve a stretched limousine with “Limousine Extreme” the following comes as standard:

– 24 hour breakdown and recovery emergency service and our very own tow truck.

– Our stretched limousines are serviced and maintained by our own highly trained and qualified mechanics

– A personal briefing on all the functions and special features of the car of your choice.

– Full comprehensive insurance.

– Passengers are covered by third party insurance.

– All our stretched limousines as well as our experienced chauffeurs are licensed for passenger transportation.

Just send us an email. If you are staying in a hotel or guesthouse you can fax your enquiry form. And of course you can simply phone us so that we can discuss all the necessary arrangements. These are then confirmed by sending out a quotation which you return to us with your signature. In order to hold a car for the specified dates a deposit of R500 is required.

Yes we can, but we will need a deposit to secure it.

In general, three months ahead should allow for availability, although some clients prefer to book a very long time in advance to make sure that they get the ‘right’ car for that special occasion (birthday, wedding, Matric Dance). Especially take note that demand is overwhelming during the peak summer season in December and January. Nevertheless, booking inside two to three months is possible. It is just a question of what is still available. To avoid disappointment it is of course better to book earlier rather than later.

 

In the rare event of a breakdown you are fully covered by our own breakdown service. In order to maintain good customer service we attend the breakdown scene ourselves. We spend a considerable amount of time and money maintaining our stretched limousines to the best possible mechanical standards.
